The Social Sauna is big, lively and holds up to fifteen people. The Quiet Sauna is smaller and calmer, for people (up to eight) who love silence almost as much as sweating. Cold plunge in the Inner Harbor’s open waters safely inside a custom shark cage (no sharks). Just pure Milwaukee vibes. Single-Use Sessions offer individual sauna seats in a Quiet or Social room, with hot stone heat ranging from 160–200°F and a recommended cold plunge. The Nordic dry sauna experience is famous not just for heat but for the deeply euphoric state people feel during and especially after a session. Come on down and try it for yourself.

Fantastic sauna. The quality is beautiful and thoughtfully designed in every detail. I especially love the cold plunge with a view of the Hoan Bridge, the exterior wood-fed stove, and as a bonus, the owner is incredibly kind.

The saunas here are amazing, made with great craftsmanship, and very spaciuous inside. Just a short walk to the shark tank to get your plunge in. And absolute scenes with the views of the river and Hoan.

Dopamine Surges Worth Sharing
Nothing compares to enjoying some sauna time while overlooking the river! The sauna is beautifully constructed, with big windows and comfortable seating. You must do the plunge! Next time I’ll be more brave and go all the way in, but it was nice to have the option of just doing a little dip ;)...
