The Hemlock Sauna is big, lively and holds up to fifteen people. The Alder Sauna is smaller for up to eight people. Cold plunge in the Inner Harbor’s open waters safely inside a custom shark cage (no sharks). Just pure Milwaukee vibes. Warm up by the fire pit and shower to rinse off (when the temperature is above 32°F). It is Wisconsin, after all. Jump into Milwaukee’s hottest, and coldest, euphoric ritual.

Drop-In Sauna
Single-Use Sessions offer individual sauna seats in the Hemlock or Alder room, with hot stone heat ranging from 160–200°F and a recommended cold plunge. The Nordic dry sauna experience is famous not just for heat but for the deeply euphoric state people feel during and especially after a session. Come on down and try it for yourself.

What a pleasant escape from a long day! And good sweat and refreshing plunge are the perfect combo. I have enjoyed it a number of times toward the end of a long work day. I have also enjoyed the serenity and peacefulness in the mornings to start my day! I will be back and highly recommend it!!!

Dopamine Surges Worth Sharing
The sauna was great and it gets HOT! At one point I felt like I was on fire almost as if there were flames all around me. I wish there was a water bucket with a ladle so I could cool myself off and maybe cool the sauna temp off a bit. I'd like to give it another go but the place is a little crispy...
