Single-Use Sessions offer individual sauna seats in the Hemlock or Alder room, with hot stone heat ranging from 160–200°F and a recommended cold plunge. The Nordic dry sauna experience is famous not just for heat but for the deeply euphoric state people feel during and especially after a session. Come on down and try it for yourself.
Private Sauna
Private Group Rentals, for up to 23 people, provides a private portal to Löyly (Finnish for “the essence of steam” from hot sauna stones). Enjoy the endorphins and bring your friends.

Dopamine Surges Worth Sharing
The sauna was great and it gets HOT! At one point I felt like I was on fire almost as if there were flames all around me. I wish there was a water bucket with a ladle so I could cool myself off and maybe cool the sauna temp off a bit. I'd like to give it another go but the place is a little crispy...
